Purpose and goals
 The purpose of the Association is: 
    to maintain record of invalid children; 
    to design medical aid programs of rehabilitation; 
    to design social rehabilitation programs for providing equal 
         opportunities; 
    to arrange sports activities on regular programs; 
    to design charity targeted programs; 
    to provide public involvement in implementation of programs 
        designed for invalid children needs; 
Future Plans
   Future plans include:  
    to monitor urgent medical aid needs and social conditions; 
    to create a Rehabilitation Center with free service; 
    to arrange computer training for invalid children; 
    to establish a day-care boarding institution;
