·        Special extension service for rural development – in preliminary selected regions we try to promote local population and search for self-reliant ways for sustainable development of villages. A special working-group applies participatory methods. Not only is the group able to analyze overall situation (social, economical and historical contexts, traditions, etc.) in a village, but to help rural population in realizing existent problems as well. In case of necessity the group assists them to implement projects developed themselves. In some villages this, strange for Georgia, technique has already achieved certain results. For example, through own efforts people from two mountainous villages were able to rebuild impassible roads so, that cars can move there even in winter.
