Public awareness in disability issues is being continued.
The Association renders assistance in tackling legal issues people with physical disabilities have to face up to: booklets are issued on rights and benefits of people with disabilities, compiled in popular Georgian, hot line is operated, advocate services are rendered. 

Besides, orders on issuing leaflets and booklets on disability legal issues from governmental and non-governmental organizations were fulfilled. 

 
The Association monitors disabled women’s condition. The Information Database was set up and includes such information as perssonal data, disability category of disabled women, their abilities, problems, claims,  access to education, healthcare and employment, facts of discrimination, and so on. On systemizing the data in the computer, links between disabled women’s diagnosis and their life-style are defined. The database involves more than 344 disabled women within Tbilisi and 300 outside. The setting up of the Information Database was financed by British Humanitarian Organization Oxfam.
The  Association has set up a Coordinating Center for Information, activities of which covers Tbilisi and 3 Georgian regions: Kartli - Rustavi, Kojori; Kakheti - Velistskhe, and Imereti -Kutaisi. Initiative groups-branches were established. The Center renders assistance in developing democratic tendencies and raising legal self-consciousness. In the course of time some initiative groups and organizations  from other Georgian towns joined the Association in its work. The setting up of the Center was financed by “Open Society  - Georgia” Foundation.

The Association continues implementing “Disability Awareness and Institutional Development” project, financed by Novib. Under the project, the Association goes on raising public awareness in disability issues through Mass Media: it prepares and broadcasts TV and radioprogrammes, 
publishes articles on urgent disability subjects in newspapers, issues posters posters on positive image of people with disabilities and advocacy. The booklet "Accessible Environment for People with Disabilities" was published in Georgian. Besides, the Association organized, along with “Human Resources Institution” and “Horizonti”, series of training for its members, women with disabilities, representatives of disabled children’s organizations, and other interested persons. The training, dedicated to the institutional development of the organization and staff qualification, were carried out in the accessible premises of the Association. Besides, psychological assistance has been rendered via hot line so far; a serie
of psychological training has been also carried out. Bed-patient disabled persons were included into the training through telephone intercom for the first time in Georgia. In future, not only our organization will use this method.   
 
The booklet “Women with Disabilities and Reality ” was published in Georgian, English and Russian. The booklet highlighted the condition of women with physical disabilities in Georgia, corresponding to the reality.
    The Association continues gaining contacts and expanding cooperation with various governmental and non-governmental organizations in Georgia, Caucasus and at international level.
