The Foundation is non-govermental, non-commercial organization founded by volunteers.  

The organization has a Youth and Children Department  

International Foundation "Lea" is legally incorporated in 1998 and registered by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. 

Jewish Women Foundation is legally incorporated in 1997 and  registered by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. 

The organization seeks to collaborate with other foundations, organizations and individuals, to find financial support for implementation of urgent projects, arranging of training programs and carrying out of the publishing activities. 

The Organization Central Office  is functioning  in  Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia.
