There are more then 200 members in the organization.
The asset - (working group of volunteers  and the members of organization) consists of 30 persons: 20 - adults and 10 - youth women and girls. 

The executive organ- Council of  founders and the management . 

Chief  executive person is President, who represents the organization, plans and conducts the activities  of the organization. 
The President – Marine Solomonishvili  
A marital status - single, has a brother and a sister. The Speciality -architect, scientific collaborator, journalist.  
Education: graduated Academy of Arts of Georgia- the faculty of Architecture,scientific and  post-graduate course of the Central  research institute in Moscow. Secondary faculty - Journalism.  
She is  member of the Union of Architects of Georgia, Association of Planning of Family,  Council of National Minorities under the President of Georgia.  
International certificates: Caucasus Women's Leadership Program (1998, Georgia), The Buncher Leadership Program for Jewish Diaspora Communities (1998, Jerusalem).   
Professional activity: Scientific-Research Institute of Theory of Architecture and Town planning "TbilNIITAG". Editor in chief of the newspaper  "Okros Satsmisi". The author of a number of scientific works, publications and architectural projects.  

She is  the initiator  of the "LEA" organization and creation of the working group of volunteers. She uses  part of her apartment as the office of the organization. Conducts various activities as a volunteer.
