Service Center is an association of like – minded persons.
Legal status of the organisation is a union.
The Law Service Center was established on September 25, 1998 and officially registered in the Court of Isani district on December 21, 1998 in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia. The Center is a non – political, not – for – profit, non- religious organisation. The main objectives of the Center as stipulated in its statute are the following:  Protection
of citizen’s legal rights;
Support
of establishment of the rule of law;
Providing
assistance to young lawyers;
Providing
legal consolations;
Promotion
of the legal education;
Publication
of various supplementary juridical/legal textbooks and commentaries;
Establishment
of various means of mass media;
Organising
seminars on various juridical issues for the third sector and general public,
thus supporting
the process of civil society development. |
