Society Development International Foundation (SDIF) is a Georgian non-governmental, not-for-profit organization. The basic goals of SDIF are to contribute to the cultural, economic and social development in Georgia and to the building of civil society in Georgia, development of the existing human resources, adaptation of persons to the new conditions born by the transition to the new public-and-political system, support the reforms in social, educational, ecological, health care, economic, agricultural and business spheres. The target groups of SDIF are women, children, internally displaced people and specialists who due to the high employment are engaged in unskilled labor.  SDIF was registered by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia on November 20, 1998 by the group of citizens of various professions.
